Purple tea Matcha Powder

Purple tea is a unique tea variety grown in
Highlands of Kenya from Hybrids of Camellia sinensis (L) and non-tea plant
namely Camellia irrawadiensis (Hu) P.K Barua which is rich in anthocyanin
pigment.

Anthocyanins pocess Antioxidative,
Anti-cancer and antimicrobial activities. They also improve visual and
neurological health and protect against non-communicable diseases.

This tea contains polyphenolic compound
which has been found to aid in weight loss, Prevent cardiovascular diseases and
reverse Ageing process.

Purple tea Matcha powder is made from the leaves purple tea that have
been plucked,then are the milled to a fine powder.

Apart from making tea, matcha can be used to make Cakes, Macarons,
Latte, facial cleanser etc.

How to prepare

1.Place the matcha powder in a bowl, Add small amount of hot water and
whisk the mixture to a thick paste.

2.Add the remaining water to the mixture and whisk brisk in ‘W’ motion
until the tea is smooth and frothy.

3.Enjoy your matcha
